Our Assessment Methodology

• Hazard Identification – We conduct a thorough walk-through survey to identify physical, chemical, thermal and task-specific hazards at each location.
• Equipment Compatibility – We evaluate how the work environment (visibility, temperature extremes, chemical exposure, confined spaces, etc.) impacts PPE performance and durability.
• PPE Selection – Based on the analysis we provide a detailed report specifying the exact PPE models and applicable standards (ANSI, EN, etc.) required for each role and task.
• Fit & Comfort Evaluation – Loose or ill-fitting PPE is unsafe. We emphasize proper fit-testing (especially for respirators) using recognized Respirator Fit Test procedures and evaluate wearer comfort to ensure sustained correct use.
